Get to the root cause of chronic symptoms with personalized nutrition care that goes beyond conventional advice.
Work with Stanford-trained Integrative Dietitian, Kiera Sullivan to uncover hidden imbalances driving digestive issues, inflammation, fatigue, hormone dysfunction, and metabolic struggles.
Why invest in integrative and functional nutrition counseling and therapy?
You shouldn’t have to accept fatigue, digestive issues, brain fog, burnout, acne, poor sleep, or constant frustration with your body as “normal.”
Many of Kiera’s clients come to her after years of being dismissed, trying restrictive diets, or feeling like they’re doing everything “right” but still not feeling well.
Kiera’s approach goes beyond symptom management. Together, you two will investigate the foundational systems impacting your health — including digestion, blood sugar, inflammation, stress physiology, hormones, sleep, and lifestyle patterns — to create a personalized strategy that actually fits your body and life.

Root Cause Analysis
Kiera investigates beyond symptoms to uncover the root causes of your health issues to create sustainable, long-term solutions that promote optimal health.
Digestive Health
The gut is a cornerstone of all things health, affecting everything from nutrient absorption, to mental health and organ function. Recognizing the pivotal role of digestive health, Kiera integrates this crucial aspect into her approach.
Physio- & Psychological Factors
Physiological and psychological factors shape dietary habits and overall health. Kiera addresses the emotional and mental aspects of nutrition to help foster a healthy relationship between the two.
Environmental & Genetic Impacts
Health is significantly impacted by external factors and genetic predispositions. Kiera’s nuanced approach tailors recommendations to your environment and genetic makeup. Everyone has their own health blueprint!
Individualized Care
Curated grocery lists and meal plan outlines can be helpful for some, but they can prevent people from truly learning how to incorporate recommendations on a flexible basis.
Instead, Kiera helps to curate a guide for each client to educate them about how diet and lifestyle can seamlessly fit into their daily life. This includes diet, supplement and lifestyle recommendations that are customized to meet your distinct needs and goals.
Support & Education
Ongoing support helps you make informed decisions and understand the WHY behind the recommendation to help foster long-term changes. Kiera stays up-to date on new research and guidelines so you will too!
Why invest in integrative nutrition
You may be a good fit if…
You’ve been told your labs are “normal,” but you still feel unwell, exhausted, or off
You struggle with bloating, IBS, constipation, or seemingly random food sensitivities
You feel stuck in cycles of burnout, cravings, stress, and low energy
You’ve tried endless diets, supplements, or wellness trends that never seemed to work, or last
You want sustainable health improvements — not another extreme protocol
You’re high-functioning externally but internally feel inflamed, depleted, or disconnected from your body
You have multiple symptoms that seem unrelated, and doctors have led you to a dead end with treatment options
If this sounds like you... Kiera is the personal health investigator you need. She looks al the WHOLE you, not just what you are eating.
